User understands that the monthly fee to access the data on money4investors.com will start if User does not cancel during the free seven-day trial or seven-day seven-dollar trial period. User also understands that after the expiration of the seven-day-seven dollar trial or free seven day trial period, User may continue to access money4investors.com's database as long as Users account is current. User also agrees to pay the monthly charge and will be automatically billed (amount depending on their Subscription plan) to the credit card listed given to money4investors.com until User decides to cancel. User may use the seven-day seven-dollar trial or the seven day free trial period for one time only.

Cancellations or Downgrades
User is required to login and visit "My Site" page, the link is located on the top of the page along with the other main tabs of the screen once logged in. Once on "My Site" page, the user must click "Cancel my membership" button to complete the cancellation process. There are two separate buttons, one for the foreclosures and one for the network that both need cancelled. Once the user has completed the cancellation process stated above, the user will receive a confirmation email stating that their service has been canceled. If the user has not received the cancellation confirmation email the service has not been canceled correctly and the cancellation process needs to be repeated. If the “cancel my membership” button is for some reason down or not available, users can call the office at 800-707-6190 or email us at Inquiry@money4investors.com to downgrade their account. Money4investors.com will then email the users to confirm their account change.

Refunds will not be issued to a user based upon their personal views or opinions of money4investors.com. This includes the quality of content, delays in updates, or related matters. Users have the option to cancel or downgrade at any time(see "Cancellations"). Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of money4investors.com.

money4investors.com will not be held responsible for charges incurred due to User inputting an invalid or incorrect email address when signing up. Furthermore User's non-use of the site, misplaced or lost access codes, shall not justify User receiving any refund for any services charged.

Such recurring billing shall continue until such time as the User cancels the service in accordance with the cancellation policy. DEBIT CARD CUSTOMERS ARE ADVISED THAT BASED ON THE FREE OR SEVEN DOLLAR TRIAL PROGRAM AND DEBIT CARD PROCESSING SYSTEM, ONE MONTHS PAYMENT WILL TEMPORARILY REDUCE THE OPEN TO BUY BALANCE ON THE DEBIT CARD AT THE TIME OF SIGNUP SO THAT SUFFICIENT FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE EVENT THE CUSTOMER CONTINUES WITH THE SERVICE AFTER THE FREE OR SEVEN DOLLAR TRIAL. IN THE EVENT THE SERVICE IS CANCELLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CANCELLATION POLICY THIS OPEN TO BUY BALANCE WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER CANCELLATION. No funds are transferred to money4investors.com from debit cards until after the expiration of the free or seven dollar trial period.

No Partnership or Agency

Governing Law
